Registration Information

It's almost time to register for the 2026-2027 school year! Children will be placed in classes based on their age as of September 1, 2026.

Registration opens first to current CEP families, then to Memorial Church members, and finally to the public. We keep a waiting list throughout the year to prioritize families when registration opens to the public. The waitlist is refreshed every August.

Both registration forms and payment of the registration fee ($250 annually) are required to hold a spot. No early paperwork is accepted.

Immunization Policy

All children must have an updated South Carolina immunization certificate by the first day of school. Immunizations must also be updated regularly according to the SC Immunization Schedule. For the health and safety of our children, we do not accept religious exemption statements in place of an immunization certificate.

Tuition Rates 2026-2027

We have transitioned to a new, simplified tuition payment structure. We calculated the total annual tuition and divided it into 12 equal monthly payments. This ensures consistent, predictable payments throughout the year. As a result, tuition will no longer be reduced for the 5 weeks that we are closed, as this time has already been factored into the total annual cost. All payments must be made through the Brightwheel app.
