CEP After-School Program Overview

Our philosophy is to provide your child with a positive and safe environment during after-school hours on weekdays. Designed for students in K-5 through 5th grade, our after-school care balances respect, learning, structured activities, and free play while being strictly supervised.

We aim to partner with parents and support students' success throughout the school year.

Daily Activities & Logistics

  • Hours: 2:30 p.m. (or bus arrival) until 5:30 p.m.

  • Transportation: Our Memorial bus picks up children from Crestview Elementary and Chandler Creek Elementary schools at 2:15 p.m. during dismissal. ( In the event of an early dismissal due to bad weather, the Memorial Bus will not pick up from schools.)

  • Snacks: Children eat their own nut-free snacks upon arrival at Memorial.

  • Activities: Homework help is provided, followed by a mix of organized games, arts and crafts, free outdoor play on our gated playground, or indoor activities in the gymnasium.

Requirements & Registration

A SC DHEC Immunization Record is required for attendance, and no exemptions are accepted. Our After-School program follows the Greenville County Schools calendar.

Our after-school program registration for the 2026-2027 school year will open to the public on March 23rd, after our existing CEP and Memorial UMC families have registered.
