CEP After-School

Our after-school program registration for the 2026-2027 school year will open to the public on March 30th, after our existing CEP and Memorial UMC families have registered.

Our philosophy provides your child with a positive and safe environment during after-school hours on weekdays. Our after-school care balances respect, learning, structured activities, and free play while being supervised. We aim to partner with parents and support students' success throughout the school year.

A SC DHEC Immunization Record is required for attendance, and no exemptions are accepted.

Children in the after-school program eat their own nut-free snacks upon arrival at Memorial and receive help with homework. The rest of the afternoon features a mix of organized games and activities (art and crafts), as well as free outdoor play on our gated playground or indoor activities in the gymnasium. Our Memorial bus will pick up children from Crestview Elementary and Chandler Creek Elementary schools at 2:15 during dismissal. On school half-days, pickup is at noon. In the event of an early dismissal due to bad weather, the Memorial Bus will not pick up from schools.

Our After-School program follows the Greenville County Schools calendar.

After-school hours are from 2:30 (or bus arrival) until 5:30 p.m.
